I've mentioned in my blog before about how I help companies with Google Adwords strategies.

Today I heard from a very excited client.  Yesterday we were having our usual catch up when I suggested a very simple change to his Adwords adverts that very few people use.

He usally spends about £100 per day to get 4 or 5 enquiries.  This is at the low end of comfortable.

At 12.30 today he called to say that he'd spent £30 so far and had 6 enquiries, 2 of which had already turned into orders.

It takes time to work on a strategy for Adwords. It's a very spontaneous medium in terms of the feedback you get but that doesn't mean that it will work perfectly first time. Adwords is a machine and it takes several prototypes before you get the machine working exactly how you want it to. Sometimes, changes have very little affect. Sometimes you hit the jackpot and get a result like the one we got today.

The one we got today would definitely be on my default list or tricks to use!
