If you bite then he reels in your username and password or whatever other details he fancies type scams they'll ask for your username and password and then, in this case, probably use your mail account to send out millions of e-mails to people trying to get you to buy Viagra.  Out the million that they send, 100,000 plus will be to dead addresses that will bounce and guess who's going to get 100,000 bounce backs?  Yep, you.  More importantly, because of the load on the server, we'll have to shut your mail account down to safeguard all the other users on the server.
